If there is one movie that everyone is excited about, it is this one. The hype has been building up ever since Doctor Strange’s appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home. The wizard is all set to completely change the MCU as we know it. Benedict Cumberbatch reprises his role and all Marvel fans are extremely excited about what he will bring this time around. The movie will be released on 4th May 2022 and might be one of the most anticipated releases this year.
#2: Jurassic World: Dominion
The Jurassic franchise has been popular worldwide and this is another movie that fans have been waiting for. Dinosaurs vs Humans was the main theme of the franchise for the longest time but now things are changing. After the destruction of Isla Nublar in the last movie of this series, dinosaurs and humans must coexist in a new world. There is a lot to look forward to in this movie which is set to be released on 10th June 2022.
#3: Black Adam
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will play Black Adam, an American superhero from DC Comics. The movie will be released on 29th July 2022. The stage is all set to realign the DC Extended Universe into a much more cohesive picture. Black Adam is the perfect amalgamation of the anti-hero and villain storyline. Who knows we might even see him up against the entire Justice League in upcoming movies.
#4: Thor: Love and Thunder
Marvel is back this year with one great movie after another and nothing excites fans more. Fans are preparing for new movie releases after a somewhat dull run of If What, Hawkeye, Loki, and Wanda Vision. While they didn’t flop, they are nowhere as exciting as Thor: Love and Thunder. Chris Hemsworth will return as the mighty Thor and Natalie Portman comes back as Jane Foster. We will see Christian Bale as Gorr the God Butcher as well.
#5: Avatar 2
The first Avatar movie is one of the highest-grossing movies on Blockbuster to date. That is why the sequel is a much-awaited movie for many fans. The release date is 16th December 2022 and the anticipation is hitting the roof. The story revolves around the protagonists Jake Sully and Neytiri who now have a family. But things are about to become a little less peaceful for them as they have to leave their homeland and find refuge somewhere else.
#6: DC League of Super-Pets
The DC League of Super-Pets is about Superman’s pet Krypto and his rescue mission to save the Man of Steel. The Super-Dog might be the only one to save the world after the Justice League gets kidnapped. So, Krypto sets up an unlikely alliance of fellow pets to help him with his mission. This animated special will be released on 29th July 2022.
#7: Minions: The Rise of Gru
Despicable Me is one of the most popular animated movies and the cute but mischievous Minions were fan favorites. The new addition in this franchise is Minions: The Rise of Gru which backtracks the famous villain’s story. He wants to be part of the villain group Vicious 6 but the interview goes south. Now Gru and his minions are on the run and get help from an unlikely ally.

If you like action thrillers, then this movie needs to be on your list. The release date is 29th July 2022 and the movie will keep you on the edge of your seat. There are five deadly assassins on one bullet train from Tokyo to Morioka. All of them have a mission on the train, but they soon find out the twist in the tale.
